Growth service · for paving companies

Own the map pack in every town you pour

The three businesses in the little map at the top of local search get most of the calls. Your Business Profile decides whether you are one of them.

What you get

  • Full profile build or rescue: categories, services, service areas, attributes, and description
  • Photo strategy: real job shots, geo-tagged, uploaded on a schedule Google rewards
  • Weekly posts and offers that keep the profile active and signal you are a live business
  • Review generation system and on-brand responses to every review, good or bad
  • Q&A seeding, spam fighting against fake competitor listings, and monthly insight reports

The map pack is where the local money is

When a homeowner searches for a driveway, the first thing they see is not the blue links. It is the map with three businesses pinned to it. Those three get the lion’s share of the clicks and calls. The rest fight over scraps. Your Google Business Profile is the single biggest lever on whether you sit in that box.

And here is the part that should make you optimistic: most paving contractors treat their profile as a fill-it-in-once afterthought. Wrong categories, no service areas, four photos from 2019, last post never. That neglect is your opening.

A complete profile beats a clever one

There is no trick here, just completeness done properly. The right primary category and the right secondary categories. Every service you offer, listed. Every town you cover, set as a service area. A description written so a human understands you and Google can read your specialisms. Real photos of real jobs, uploaded steadily rather than dumped once.

Google rewards the profile that looks like a serious, active local business. We make yours look exactly like that, because it is.

Reviews are the currency

Two profiles, same distance, same categories. The one with more recent, genuine reviews wins the spot almost every time. We put a simple review system in place that catches customers at the moment they are happiest, the day the new drive is laid and they cannot stop looking at it, and makes leaving a review a fifteen second job.

Then every review gets a reply. The five-star ones get a warm, specific thank you. The rare bad one gets a calm, professional response that shows the next reader you handle problems like a grown-up. Handled well, a single bad review can win you more trust than ten perfect ones.

Active beats dormant

A profile that posts, updates, and answers questions tells Google the business is alive and serving customers now. A weekly post, fresh job photos, seeded questions and answers about cost and timing. None of it is hard. All of it is skipped by the competition. That gap is the job.

How it works

  1. 01

    Claim, verify, and clean

Half the profiles we inherit have wrong categories, missing service areas, or a competitor squatting nearby. We fix the foundation first.

  2. 02

    Build it out fully

Every service listed, every service area set, the description written for humans and crawlers, products and photos loaded. A complete profile outranks a bare one.

  3. 03

    Keep it alive

Posts, fresh photos, and review replies on a weekly cadence. Google ranks active profiles over dormant ones, and most of your competitors go dormant.

  4. 04

    Generate and manage reviews

A simple system that asks happy customers at the right moment, plus fast, professional replies that turn even a bad review into a trust signal.

Questions, answered straight

Why is my competitor in the map pack and I am not?

Usually three reasons: their profile is more complete, they have more recent genuine reviews, and they are closer to the searcher. Proximity you cannot change. Completeness and reviews you can, and that is where we win the spots that are actually winnable for your location.

Can you fix a suspended Google Business Profile?

Often, yes. Suspensions usually come from a category change, a dodgy address, or keyword stuffing in the business name. We diagnose the trigger, fix it, and handle the reinstatement request. We cannot promise reinstatement on every case, but we know the common causes and the process.

How many reviews do I need to compete?

There is no magic number, it is relative to your local field. If the top three in your town sit around 80 to 150 reviews, you need to be in that range and, more importantly, getting fresh ones regularly. Review velocity matters as much as the total.
