Growth service · for paving companies
Reviews are the new word of mouth, and they compound
A homeowner reads your reviews before they call you. A strong, recent, well-handled review profile closes the job before the quote lands.
What you get
- A review generation system that asks at the right moment and makes leaving one effortless
- On-brand responses to every review, written to reassure the next reader, not just the last one
- A recovery playbook for negative reviews: respond, resolve, and where justified, get them removed
- Review syndication onto your website with valid markup so the stars can show in search
- Reputation monitoring across Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, and the trade directories
People trust strangers on the internet more than your sales pitch
A homeowner about to spend eight thousand dollars on a driveway does one thing before they call: they read your reviews. Recent, plentiful, well-handled reviews do more selling than any line of copy you will ever write. Thin, old, or badly answered reviews quietly send that homeowner to your competitor.
This is the cheapest growth lever a paving firm has, and the most neglected. The work is happy customers, who you already have. The gap is a system to capture them.
Ask at the peak, ask every time
There is one perfect moment to ask for a review: when the customer is standing on their finished patio, delighted, before normal life resumes and they forget you exist. Miss that window and the response rate collapses. We build the ask into your completion routine so it fires every job, not on the days you happen to remember.
Then we remove every ounce of friction. One tap, straight to the box. People are willing to help a good contractor. They will not fill in a form.
A bad review is a stage you can handle
Every contractor gets one eventually. What separates the trusted firms is the response. A calm, specific, public reply that acknowledges the issue and shows it was put right tells the next hundred readers exactly the kind of company you are. Handled well, that one negative review can build more trust than a wall of perfect fives, because it proves the good ones are real.
Where a review is genuinely fake or breaks the rules, we flag it properly and chase removal. Where it is a real grievance, we help you resolve it privately and respond publicly like a professional.
Reviews that work twice
A great review sitting only on Google is doing half its job. We pull genuine reviews onto your website with correct review markup so the star ratings can show up in search results, lifting your click-through, and so a visitor sees the proof without leaving the page. The same trust, working in two places at once.
How it works
- 01
Make asking automatic
The best time to ask is the moment the customer is staring at their finished drive. We build a simple prompt into your job-completion routine so it happens every time, not when you remember.
- 02
Reduce the friction to zero
One tap to the review box, pre-filled where allowed. Every extra step halves the response rate, so we strip them all out.
- 03
Respond to everything
Five-star reviews get a specific, human reply. Negative ones get a calm, professional response that shows the next reader you fix problems instead of hiding from them.
- 04
Show it off correctly
Genuine reviews pulled onto your site with accurate review schema, so the rich-result stars can appear in search and lift your click-through.
Questions, answered straight
Is it against the rules to ask customers for reviews?
Asking is fine and encouraged. Incentivising, gating out unhappy customers, or buying fake reviews is against Google's policies and will eventually get your profile penalised or wiped. We only build honest review generation, because the fake stuff is a time bomb under your business.
Someone left a nasty, unfair review. Can you get it removed?
Sometimes. If a review breaks Google's policies (it is fake, defamatory, off-topic, or a competitor attack) we can flag it with the right evidence and often get it taken down. If it is a genuine unhappy customer, removal is unlikely, so the play is a great public response and a private resolution. Both protect you with future readers.
How fast can I build a respectable review profile?
If you are completing jobs every week, a steady asking system usually adds five to fifteen genuine reviews a month. Within a quarter most contractors go from forgettable to clearly the most trusted option in their patch. The key is consistency, not a one-off push.
